Job Description
Enlighten Infosys is looking for Social Media Content Creator.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit photos, videos, reels, graphics, captions, and digital content.
- Manage social media platforms and maintain the content calendar.
- Promote Enlighten Group's services, events, programs, and campaigns.
- Cover company activities and create promotional content.
- Monitor trends, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Ensure all content follows Enlighten's branding and communication standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and external creators/influencers.
- Prepare basic social media performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong skills in photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, and content writing.
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Creative, proactive, trend-aware, and able to meet deadlines.
