Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Company: Saathi Sneha Care — Home health care for Nepali families worldwide

About Us

Saathi Sneha Care connects Nepali families abroad with trusted home health care for their parents in Nepal — nurses, doctors, and care coordinators, with real-time updates from anywhere in the world.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist to grow awareness, generate leads, and nurture prospective families through our consultation and enrollment funnel. You'll manage our social presence, create content that builds trust with the Nepali diaspora and families in Nepal, drive lead generation campaigns, and support prospects until they convert to enrolled patients.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage day-to-day presence across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, targeting Nepali diaspora audiences (US, UK, Australia, Gulf) and families in Nepal
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar in English and Nepali
  • Run and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager) to build brand awareness and drive inquiries

Content Creation

  • Produce marketing materials — brochures, short videos, patient/family testimonials, social posts, and website content
  • Write copy that's culturally sensitive to eldercare and family themes
  • Collaborate with the care team to gather authentic patient and family stories
  • Support basic SEO/content updates for saathisnehacare.com to drive consultation bookings

Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) to generate qualified leads from target audiences
  • Identify and test new channels/formats to improve lead volume and quality
  • Track cost per lead and campaign performance, adjusting targeting and creative accordingly

Lead Management

  • Own the lead funnel from first contact through consultation booking
  • Manage email and WhatsApp nurture sequences to move leads toward conversion
  • Maintain accurate lead records/CRM data and report on conversion rates, CAC, and funnel drop-off points

Prospect & Customer Support

  • Serve as a responsive first point of contact for inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social DMs
  • Answer prospect questions about services, pricing, and the enrollment process with empathy and clarity
  • Coordinate with the care team to ensure smooth handoff from prospect to enrolled patient
  • Follow up with prospects post-consultation to address concerns and support decision-making
Requirements
  • 1–2 years in marketing, ideally in healthcare, diaspora-focused, or service-based businesses
  • Fluent in Nepali and English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics/reporting tools
  • Strong content/copywriting skills with sensitivity to family and eldercare themes
  • Comfortable managing lead follow-up and customer conversations directly (phone/WhatsApp/DM)
  • Understanding of the Nepali diaspora community and cultural nuances
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing to overseas/NRN (Non-Resident Nepali) audiences
  • Video editing or basic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools
  • Background in healthcare or senior care marketing
