Team members benefit from a dynamic work culture and ample growth opportunities for talented individuals.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharatpur for a Junior Officer Sales in the Commercial Vehicle Business Unit (CVBU). The role involves supporting commercial vehicle sales activities, including prospecting customers, generating leads, and following up to convert inquiries into sales. The Junior Officer will assist in executing sales operations, coordinating with channel partners, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand their commercial vehicle needs, providing product information and pricing, and ensuring high standards of customer service before and after sales. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets, participate in local marketing initiatives, and uphold SIPRADI’s brand and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse clients.
- Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and support end-to-end sales processes.
- Experience or interest in Channel Sales, including coordination with dealers, distributors, or other partners.
- Basic knowledge of commercial vehicles or automotive products, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Bharatpur and travel locally as required.
- Good organizational and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation and sales tracking.
- Minimum of a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, automotive, or related customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory for strong entry-level candidates.
