Key Job Details
- Employment Type: Full-time (Sun–Fri, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Location: Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu (Field-intensive)
- Experience Required: 1+ years in Sales, Field Marketing, or Business Development
Core Responsibilities
- Field Sales & Partnerships: Conduct strategic field visits to auto-hubs, service centers, and commercial complexes to drive B2C sales and establish corporate partnerships.
- Client Outreach: Promote smart vehicle security solutions (QR decals & app subscriptions) to individual vehicle owners, parking managers, and corporate fleets.
- Product Education: Educate prospective clients on digital vehicle management features, including wrong-parking alerts, emergency contact systems, and document renewal reminders.
- Campaign Execution: Implement local marketing initiatives to increase platform adoption and enhance market penetration.
- Feedback Loop: Gather field insights to collaborate directly with the product team for continuous user experience improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (preferably within tech, automotive, or mobility sectors).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both Nepali and English.
- Ability to demonstrate digital apps and technology solutions effectively to non-tech-savvy users.
- High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with regular field mobility.
- Mandatory: Valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler.
