Manage day-to-day workshop operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Open job cards, assign workshop tasks, and ensure timely job closure.
Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles as per the committed schedule.
Coordinate the smooth flow of vehicles for servicing and repairs.
Monitor technicians' productivity and ensure efficient utilization of workshop resources.
Communicate with customers regarding service requirements, repair status, and vehicle delivery.
Ensure quality service standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the spare parts team to ensure the availability of required parts for repairs.
Maintain accurate workshop records and service documentation.
Ensure compliance with company service procedures, safety standards, and workshop policies.
