Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with shoppers.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain our products, promotions, and offers clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Retail Sales skills and an understanding of Rice Industry sales processes, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Candidates should possess good Product Knowledge of Rice Industry items to guide customers and respond to questions accurately.
- Basic numerical skills and attention to detail for handling cash, billing, and inventory records.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail operations requirements.
- Prior experience in retail or Rice Industry sales is preferred, but motivated early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
