Showroom In-charge

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for two-wheelers and accessories.
Supervise and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive buying experience.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
Ensure proper display and merchandising of motorcycles, scooters, accessories, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with the service department for vehicle delivery and after-sales support.
Oversee documentation related to vehicle sales, financing, insurance, and registration.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Organize promotional events, test rides, and marketing activities to increase showroom footfall.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
Train new sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Coordinate with finance partners for loan processing and customer approvals.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
