Colour Nepal is a growing brand based in Kathmandu, committed to connecting with customers through creative, on-the-ground marketing. We're looking for an energetic and people-oriented Offline Marketing Representative to help us grow our presence across the valley.

Job Summary

As an Offline Marketing Representative, you will be the face of Colour Nepal in the field. You will promote our products and services directly to customers, retailers, and partners through events, field visits, and in-person campaigns, helping build brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field marketing activities including door-to-door visits, market visits, and street-level promotions
Represent Colour Nepal at events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns
Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and product samples
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and local business partners
Identify new market opportunities and potential customers within Kathmandu and surrounding areas
Collect customer feedback and market insights, and report them to the marketing team
Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach, leads, and brand visibility
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute offline campaigns
Maintain accurate records of daily field activities and submit regular reports

Requirements

Minimum +2 completed
At least 6 months of experience in field marketing, sales, or promotions
Excellent communication skills in Nepali; basic English is a plus
Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage people easily
Willingness to travel within Kathmandu Valley for fieldwork
Familiarity with local markets and neighborhoods in Kathmandu
Two-wheeler with a valid license preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
