Fundraising & Investor Relations Associate 

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and results-focused Fundraising & Investor Relations Officer to support our fundraising activities and communicate with international investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Research angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, funding partners, and other prospects through LinkedIn, Google, investor databases, AI tools, and professional networks.
• Build, organize, and regularly update a qualified investor database.
• Identify investors whose investment stage, sector, location, and interests match the company.
• Schedule meetings with interested investors and maintain a clear follow-up process.
• Confidently introduce the company, present the product, explain the business model, and answer investor questions.
• Attend online meetings with international investors.
• Prepare clear partnership proposals, pitch decks, investor presentations, fundraising documents, and other supporting materials.
• Coordinate with finance, product, marketing, communication, and design teams to collect accurate information for investor materials.
• Ensure all fundraising proposals, financial information, presentations, and reports contain accurate and consistent messaging.
• Support senior leadership during investor presentations, negotiations, due diligence, and funding discussions.
• Maintain the fundraising pipeline and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership. 

Required Skills

• Fluent spoken and written English 
• Confidence in communicating with international investors and senior business professionals.
• Strong presentation and product-demonstration skills.
• Ability to explain technical products and business models in simple, convincing language.
• Strong investor research and online prospecting skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Google, AI research tools, email outreach, and investor databases.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and meeting-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in fundraising, investor relations, business development, partnership development, sales, or a related role is preferred.
• Experience communicating with international clients, partners, or investors is preferred.
• Previous experience working with a startup, SaaS company, telecom company, or technology business is preferred.
• Knowledge of startup funding, venture capital, investor outreach, and due diligence is preferred.

Office Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Chabahil,KTM

Salary: Negotiable
