Services include day-to-day bookkeeping, long-term business planning, loan processing, and business process reengineering (BPR). The firm also provides customer relationship applications, internal audit support, OCR services, and related advisory solutions. Team members collaborate closely with clients to strengthen financial management and drive sustainable business growth.
Role Description The Senior Tax Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Siddharthanagar. The role involves managing tax preparation and compliance for a portfolio of business clients, including reviewing tax returns, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws, and advising on tax-efficient strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records, reviewing financial statements, identifying tax risks and opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to support audits and financial planning. The Senior Tax Accountant will also guide junior staff, support process improvements in tax and accounting workflows, and communicate complex tax issues to clients in clear, accessible language.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong tax-focused skills, including Tax, Tax Preparation, and Tax Compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid financial reporting skills, including experience with Financial Statements and Accounting.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; experiences are highly given priority (e.g., CA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience in corporate or public accounting, preferably in advisory or client-facing roles, with the ability to interpret and apply tax regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with proficiency in accounting and tax software tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a commitment to ethical practices and continuous learning in tax and regulatory changes.
