Job Description
At DigitalIN, we’re looking for a confident and experienced Client Servicing Manager to lead our client servicing function, nurture long-term client relationships, and drive seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the client servicing team.
* Own relationships with key clients and become their trusted advisor.
* Manage projects from briefing to execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Coordinate closely with creative, media, content, production, and finance teams.
* Monitor project timelines, profitability, and overall client satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
* Report directly to the Executive Director.
What We’re Looking For
* 7 to 10 years of experience in client servicing or account management.
* Prior experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency is highly preferred.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
* Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
