Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & Creation
- Assist in developing content ideas for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Research trending topics, audience interests, and competitor content.
- Create engaging captions, posts, short-form content ideas, and promotional content.
- Support content calendars and weekly/monthly content planning.
Script Writing & Creative Support
- Write basic scripts for reels, short videos, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert ideas into clear and engaging content formats.
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, and marketing team for content execution.
Social Media Support
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content across different platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative improvements.
- Support community engagement by responding to comments and messages when required.
Content Quality & Brand Consistency
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and communication style.
- Proofread and improve content before publishing.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or related field (Fresh graduates can apply).
- 0–1 year of experience in content creation, copywriting, social media, or digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Good writing and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to research and generate new content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, AI content tools, or editing tools is a plus.
- Experience creating social media posts, reels, or video scripts.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and short-form video content.
- Basic photography/video editing knowledge.
