Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Staff Nurses to join our fertility care centers and provide high-quality patient care across multiple clinical stations. This role involves clinical support, patient counselling, documentation, and strict adherence to hospital protocols to ensure safe and effective care.
Freshers with required nursing qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect patient care, including emergency support
Work on a rotational basis across:
USG Room: Patient positioning, documentation of findings, counselling, medication/treatment documentation, donor-related coordination
Injection Room: Administer prescribed injections, maintain drug stock, ensure cold chain compliance
Ward / OT / PCPNDT Room: Assist in procedures and patient care
Follow SOPs, infection control, and safety protocols
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate patient and donor medical records (physical & digital)
File regulatory forms and consents as per PCPNDT guidelines
Ensure timely submission of required documentation
Maintain inventory and usage records for drugs, injections, and equipment
Patient Care & Communication
Counsel patients and families regarding procedures and treatment plans
Address concerns with a multidisciplinary team approach
Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and patient comfort
Support patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs
Quality & Safety
Ensure compliance with hospital safety, universal precautions, and biomedical waste protocols
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Safeguard hospital equipment and supplies
Participate in CPR and fire emergency drills
Required Skills & Competencies
Nursing qualification (registered nurse)
Hospital experience preferred (freshers eligible)
Strong patient care and counselling skills
Attention to detail in documentation
Knowledge of infection control standards
Team-oriented with strong coordination skills
