Job Summary

The Recruitment Trainee supports the Talent Acquisition team in delivering efficient, high-quality recruitment processes across various business divisions. This role focuses primarily on recruitment coordination, administrative support, and candidate management, enabling Talent Acquisition Specialists to concentrate on strategic hiring activities. The trainee will also participate in active recruitment processes during peak hiring periods and gain hands-on experience across end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Administration & Coordination:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes based on defined selection criteria.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
  • Prepare candidate documentation and interview summaries.
  • Ensure all recruitment records are organized and compliant.

Candidate Management

  • Conduct initial outreach to shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide clear communication regarding interview schedules and process

updates.

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Follow up with candidates on documentation and required information.

Support To Talent Acquisition Team

  • Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and pipeline updates.
  • Support onboarding documentation preparation when required.
  • Help manage bulk hiring or urgent recruitment demands.
  • Conduct initial screening calls during high-volume hiring periods.
  • Assist in shortlisting candidates for specific roles.
  • Participate in interview coordination and feedback collection.
  • Support talent pipeline building initiatives.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

  • Learn and understand recruitment processes across property, mortgage,

development, legal, and corporate functions.

  • Support process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and candidate sourcing strategies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
  • Prior internship or exposure to recruitment/HR is advantageous.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Organised and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
