Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Front Office Manager based in Ilam. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee front office operations, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, manage administrative tasks, and lead a team to provide exceptional service to guests. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, managing reservations, and maintaining communication between team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Office Administration and Front Office management responsibilities
- A proven track record in Customer Service and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
- Experience in hospitality or related industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
