About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Consultant to drive sales for Dyangai, our AI video service. You’ll manage leads, engage with clients from inquiry to conversion, and continue supporting them afterward—handling details, payments, new video opportunities, and building lasting relationships while representing Dyangai.
This hands-on consulting role is ideal for someone with a sales or customer service background who’s eager to grow their consulting expertise, guide clients, and advance their career.
Responsibilities
Respond to and manage inbound leads from various channels
Communicate with potential clients via calls, messages, and online platforms
Understand client needs and recommend suitable services
Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into customers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Build and maintain positive client relationships and gather feedback
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude and confidence in speaking with clients and building rapport
Solid understanding of sales or customer service principles
Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions
