Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for building and executing a scalable, data-driven hiring strategy that ensures the organization consistently attracts, engages, and hires high-quality talent. This role leads to employer branding, sourcing strategy, recruitment operations, and workforce planning while acting as a strategic hiring advisor to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a long-term hiring strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to forecast talent needs.
- Develop talent personas and sourcing segmentation models.
- Lead full recruitment lifecycle from attraction to offer acceptance.
- Ensure efficient hiring funnel management and candidate experience excellence.
- Standardize interview processes, evaluation frameworks, and decision guidelines.
- Monitor pipeline health and proactively resolve hiring bottlenecks.
- Build a strong employer brand presence across digital platforms.
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns, career content, and hiring promotions.
- Represent company in hiring events, universities, and industry forums.
- Develop talent communities and passive candidate pipelines.
- Configure and optimize ATS workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Track recruitment KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.
- Ensure accurate candidate database management and reporting integrity.
- Implement automation for communication, scheduling, and offer generation.
- Manage recruitment agencies, sourcing partners, and assessment providers.
- Negotiate contracts and service quality expectations.
- Build partnerships with universities, training institutes, and talent networks.
- Design competitive offer strategies aligned with market benchmarks.
- Support negotiation and closing strategy for critical hires.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Leadership
- Proven experience hiring across technical and specialized roles
- Experience building recruitment strategy and employer branding
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience implementing or managing ATS platforms
