Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Paid Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive traffic, leads. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Ensure proper tracking implementation and conversion attribution.
- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (required).
- Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion attribution.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
