Role Description
This full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator is based in Kathmandu. The Social Media Coordinator will manage social media platforms by creating and scheduling engaging content, developing marketing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance. Daily responsibilities include responding to audience interactions, implementing creative ideas for increasing engagement, and collaborating with the team to enhance brand awareness through social media.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to interact with diverse audiences
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing strategies and tools
- Ability to analyze marketing data and adapt strategies accordingly
- Familiarity with emerging social media trends is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
