Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Associate at Hotel Tibet Pvt. Ltd. located in Kathmandu. The role involves assisting with food service operations, delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. The associate will also help foster a welcoming environment for guests and coordinate with the culinary team to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to deliver a positive guest experience
Effective Communication skills to interact with team members and guests
Basic Culinary Skills to assist in food preparation and presentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
