Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone inquiries, welcoming and assisting visitors, maintaining a friendly and professional front desk environment, handling clerical tasks, and providing support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the organization. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to uphold excellent customer service standards. Should be able to create basic contents for daily posting.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and prior experience handling Receptionist Duties
- Competence in performing Clerical Skills, such as record-keeping and managing schedules
- Exceptional Communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Customer Service experience, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience for all visitors
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with office software and tool
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus
- Should be able to create creative, engaging, educational content according to the requirement for tiktok daily posting.
