Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic MBA (Finance) graduate or final-semester student to join our team as a Management Trainee. This is a highly dynamic, client-facing role focused on the complete customer lifecycle—from initial sourcing and onboarding to long-term retention.
You will act as the face of the company and the crucial bridge between our clients, the tech team, and operations. By driving business development through client visits, product pitching, and comprehensive business scoping, you will play a key role in growing our footprint. Furthermore, you will ensure our clients achieve maximum value by translating their needs to our tech team, overseeing product delivery, and providing exceptional ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Scoping & Sourcing: Proactively identify and source new client opportunities. Conduct thorough business scoping to understand the unique operational and financial pain points of prospective clients.
- Client Visits & Product Pitching: Lead both in-person and virtual client visits. Effectively pitch our tailored fintech solutions to key stakeholders, clearly articulating our value proposition.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, hands-on product demos that showcase the functionality of our solutions and directly address the scoped needs of the client.
- Requirement Gathering & Translation: Act as the liaison between the client and our development team. Clearly translate gathered client requirements into actionable technical tasks to ensure customized, functional solutions.
- Onboarding & Quality Assurance: Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding experience. Collaborate with the tech team to perform Quality Assurance (QA), ensuring the final product meets all client specifications prior to deployment.
- Client Support & Retention: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for clients post-launch. Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot operational issues, and proactively manage relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Process Improvement: Continuously suggest and implement improvements to the sales cycle, onboarding pipeline, and client communication processes to elevate the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA (Finance) graduate or currently in the final semester of your MBA program.
- Client-Facing Aptitude: A strong desire to build relationships, with the confidence to conduct client visits, product pitches, and lead negotiations.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial terminology and concepts, coupled with a deep passion for fintech and its application within capital markets.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform business scoping, gather complex client requirements, and translate them effectively to technical teams.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust your messaging for both highly technical teams and non-technical clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with an intrinsic focus on quality assurance and seamless product delivery.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with financial software or CRM tools is a plus. Proficiency in LLM language models including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini etc.
