Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Student Recruitment Manager, based in Pokhara. The Assistant Student Recruitment Manager will be responsible for executing student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions, and guiding prospective students through the application and admission process. The role also involves organizing and participating in marketing events, school visits, and promotional activities, tracking applications while maintaining accurate CRM records, delivering excellent customer service to students and stakeholders, and actively contributing to local sales and marketing campaigns to drive growth and market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the education or student recruitment sector
- Experience working as a Senior Counsellor or in a similar student-facing recruitment role
- Currently based in Pokhara with strong local market knowledge
- Strong track record of working towards and achieving enrolment/sales targets
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience in student recruitment or higher education pathways is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field
