About The Brand GharThe Brand Ghar is a creative agency dedicated to helping brands grow through powerful storytelling, impactful visuals, and strategic digital presence. We’re looking for a talented Content Creator who can bring fresh ideas to life and create engaging content for social media, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and brand campaigns.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
- Write engaging copy for posts, scripts for short videos, and captions for social media content.
- Plan and execute content calendars for multiple brands.
- Shoot high-quality short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Edit videos using CapCut (must be highly proficient) and other editing tools to produce visually compelling content.
- Add effects, transitions, captions, and audio that align with trends and brand tone.
- Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras and smartphones for professional-quality shots.
- Ensure proper lighting, angles, and equipment setup to capture aesthetic and impactful visuals.
- Stay updated with TikTok and Instagram trends, formats, and best practices.
- Optimize content for visibility, reach, and engagement.
- Suggest new creative approaches based on platform algorithms and audience behavior.
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, content needs, and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and the creative team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, trend-aware ideas.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Present content ideas and updates confidently.
- Ensure timely delivery of all content assets with high attention to quality.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CapCut and Similar tools for short-form content editing.
- Good understanding of TikTok, Reels, and other social media content styles.
- Skilled in camera handling, lighting, and basic shooting techniques.
- Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and visual sense.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve etc.
- Experience working with agencies or multiple brands.
- On-camera confidence (optional but beneficial).
