Job Description

The Senior Counsellor – Multi Destination is responsible for providing expert guidance to students seeking overseas education across multiple countries. The role involves counselling students, evaluating academic profiles, recommending suitable destinations and programs, managing applications, and supporting students through the enrolment process while ensuring a high standard of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide in-depth counselling to students for multiple study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, New Zealand etc.)

  • Assess student academic, financial, and career profiles to recommend appropriate courses and institutions

  • Guide students through the end-to-end application process, from counselling to offer acceptance

  • Manage multiple student cases simultaneously while meeting application deadlines

  • Maintain accurate and updated student records in the CRM system

  • Coordinate with admissions, visa, and operations teams for smooth case progression

  • Stay updated on university requirements, admission cycles, and policy changes

  • Conduct follow-ups with students and ensure timely communication

  • Support and mentor junior counsellors when required

  • Participate in student seminars, webinars, and counselling events

  • Contribute to enrolment targets while maintaining ethical counselling standards

  • Strong counselling and communication skills

  • Proven ability to handle multi-destination student counselling

  • In-depth understanding of international education systems and admission processes

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
