Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Supervisor to oversee project activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and according to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and work quality.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, designers, engineers, and clients.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction/interior work.
Identify and resolve project-related issues and delays.
Maintain proper project documentation and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate materials, manpower, and other resources required for the project.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project/site supervision.
Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Good understanding of construction/interior projects and site operations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Candidates above 30 years of age are preferred.
