Supervisor

Leela Garden is seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead the service team effectively. The Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, enforcing company standards, and creating a positive experience for guests while supporting the management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, banquet, or event venue.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of service staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assign daily duties, manage shift schedules, and ensure adequate staffing during operating hours.
• Welcome guests, address inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure all food and beverage service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure smooth service and timely order delivery.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of dining areas, banquet halls, and service stations.
• Conduct staff briefings and provide on-the-job training to improve service quality and team performance.
• Assist in inventory management and monitor the proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate any issues or recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
• Support management in achieving operational goals and enhancing guest satisfaction.

• Minimum qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary); bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or event management industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Nepali and English is preferred.
