Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Creator / Social Media Executive who can promote our company effectively across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will craft engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and enhance the online presence of Kaad Education, helping to attract prospective students and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create graphics, videos, reels, posts, and other digital content to promote our services and achievements
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and student inquiries
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations
- Stay updated on social media trends and implement creative ideas for branding and marketing
- Collaborate with the team to align content with promotional strategies, events, and campaigns
- Support other marketing and administrative activities as required
Job Specification
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media management
- Proficient in social media tools and content creation software (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in English and Nepali
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Preferred:
- Experience in the education consultancy sector or student services
- Photography, video editing, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns
