We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, accounting, compliance, and reporting functions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and banking transactions.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management.
- Manage working capital and oversee fund utilization.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost accounting (especially for manufacturing businesses).
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Implement and improve financial controls and accounting processes.
