Job Description
The Multi-Destination Counsellor will provide individualized guidance and support to students throughout their study abroad journey — from course selection and fee structuring to scholarship guidance, visa requirements, and the application process for partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Advise students on course selection, university options, and career pathways across multiple study destinations
Guide students through fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and financing options
Explain visa requirements and support students through the visa application process
Manage end-to-end application processes with partner institutions
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress
Build and maintain relationships with students to ensure a smooth advisory experience
Collaborate with the wider counselling and support team to meet student and organizational goals
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling, study abroad advising, or international education
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work with a diverse student clientele
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ownership mindset — able to manage processes end-to-end with attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
