Job Description
  • Accompany and assist guests during assigned tours and travel programs.
  • Coordinate with guests throughout the tour and ensure their needs are properly addressed.
  • Explain tour itineraries, destinations, activities, transportation, and other arrangements to guests.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport companies, local guides, restaurants, and other service providers.
  • Ensure all services are provided according to the confirmed itinerary.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
  • Maintain regular communication and provide tour updates to the office.
  • Assist guests during airport transfers, hotel check-in/check-out, sightseeing, and other activities.
  • Ensure guest safety and coordinate emergency support when required.
  • Maintain proper records of tour expenses, bills, receipts, and company advances.
  • Submit tour reports and financial settlements after completion of the tour.
  • Report any changes, delays, incidents, or important guest-related matters to management immediately.
  • Maintain professional conduct and protect the reputation of the company.
  • Perform other tour-related duties assigned by Management or the Operations Department.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Tourism or related field)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Prior experience in the travel/tourism industry is a plus
