As we continue to expand our business across diverse market segments, we are seeking dynamic Business Heads to lead strategic partnerships and business development initiatives within assigned industry domains.

Position Overview

We are looking for experienced and results-driven Business Head-Business Head - Domain Business Development to lead business development and strategic partnerships within assigned industry sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing institutional relationships, negotiating commercial partnerships, and driving the adoption of Fintech International's payment solutions within their designated business domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business development strategy for the assigned industry domain.
• Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with organizations, institutions, enterprises, and key stakeholders within the assigned sector.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business discussions with senior decision-makers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and execute partnership agreements on behalf of the company.
• Drive business growth by achieving assigned sales, partnership, and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, directors, business owners, institutional leaders, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing partner support.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence.
• Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking programs, conferences, and business forums.
