Job Description
Fightback is seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Multimedia Content Creator to develop engaging visual and multimedia content for its educational and digital learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation, along with strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or CapCut. The candidate should also have strong AI prompting skills, creative storytelling ability, a good understanding of visual communication, and excellent command of both English and Nepali.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging educational videos, presentations, slides, and visual learning materials using Canva and other design tools.
Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or CapCut.
Develop infographics, illustrations, thumbnails, social media creatives, animations, and other digital visual content.
Convert educational concepts and written content into engaging and visually appealing multimedia formats.
Use AI tools and effective prompting techniques to assist with content ideation, scripting, image generation, research, and creative production.
Develop video content based on scripts, storyboards, learning objectives, and project requirements.
Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, voiceovers, and basic motion graphics where appropriate.
Collaborate closely with the content, education, and communications teams to develop learner-friendly and impactful content.
Ensure all multimedia content maintains consistent branding, visual quality, accessibility, and educational relevance.
Review and revise content based on feedback from the team and stakeholders.
Manage multiple content projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery according to project deadlines.
Stay updated with emerging multimedia, AI, design, video editing, and digital learning trends.
Job Specification
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in multimedia content creation, graphic design, video editing, or a related field.
Portfolio is mandatory and should demonstrate relevant graphic design, video editing, or educational content work.
Strong proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools.
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or CapCut.
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, composition, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
Good video editing skills, including transitions, subtitles, audio synchronization, basic motion graphics, and visual effects.
Strong AI prompting skills and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI-based image/content generation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand briefs and transform ideas or information into engaging visual content.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Candidates with any of the following will be preferred:
Previous experience creating E-learning, educational, training, or youth-focused content.
Experience developing content for social media and digital platforms.
Experience in storyboard-based video production.
Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics.
