IT Support & Network Technician

Fetch International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support & Network Technician/Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripheral devices.

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers.

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.

• Configure and maintain network switches and routers.

• Install, configure, and manage firewall security.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.

• Ensure system security, backup, and network performance.

• Maintain IT documentation and service reports.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or network administration.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance

  • Server installation, configuration, and management

  • Network setup and troubleshooting

  • Switch configuration and management

  • Firewall configuration and security

• Excellent client handling and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Must possess a valid driving licence.
