The Customer Support Executive is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by handling inquiries, supporting showroom visitors, coordinating customer follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, monitoring customer satisfaction, and assisting the sales team in delivering high-quality service throughout the sales process.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively listen to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and understanding.
- Assist sales representatives in scheduling test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-ups.
- Attend showroom customer while sales representative gets busy attending other customers
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system and generate performance dashboard.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers before & after vehicle sales.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and prepare feedback reports.
- Maintain compliance with company customer service standards and policies.
