Job Description

Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant HR Manager to support and oversee HR operations across its hospitality and tourism businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR compliance, training & development, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with Nepal Labour Laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and support departmental staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and welfare programs.
  • Plan and coordinate employee training, engagement, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Nepal Labour Act, SSF, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and support organizational development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and workforce management.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, hotels, resorts, or large multi-department organizations is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Nepal Labour Act, Social Security Fund (SSF), and employment regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/HR management systems.
