Job Description
Phomi Nepal is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Officers to promote and sell its building construction materials and architectural products. The role involves market expansion, client relationship building, and coordination with key stakeholders in the construction and design industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market Phomi Nepal’s products to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, building contractors, and construction companies
- Visit project sites, offices, and clients for product presentations and follow-ups
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction
- Maintain records of client visits, leads, and sales activities
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 qualification; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
- Candidates with 1 years or more experience in sales and marketing of building construction materials or architectural products will be given high priority
- Candidates with strong industry connections will be highly preferred
- We are seeking mid-level to high-level (senior) candidates for this position.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Market knowledge of construction and architectural products
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel for field marketing
Additional Requirements
- Two-wheeler is mandatory
- Valid driving license preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 30,000 – 60,000 (based on experience and performance)
