Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive. This role is ideal for individuals with some work/internship experience who are passionate about sales, technology, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the showroom and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online customer inquiries professionally.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices (billing) accurately.
- Support sales activities and ensure smooth store operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, and explain features.
- Maintain the showroom appearance, including product displays and inventory.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for sales, technology, and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior Internship experience or 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office and billing/accounting software (preferred)
