This is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's recruitment services, identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also collaborate with internal teams, assist in training, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
- Ability to provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Capable of working in a team-oriented environment with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
