Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer based in Kathmandu. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, devising marketing strategies, and planning promotional campaigns. Other daily tasks will include enhancing brand visibility, and collaborating with sales teams to strategize and achieve growth targets. This role requires effective communication and a results-driven approach to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research and an understanding of market trends
- Strong knowledge of Marketing strategies and practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Sales strategies and collaborative approaches for business growth
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with the Nepali market and prior experience in marketing in similar industries is a plus
