Raymiyo Trading Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Client Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and capable of managing strong client relationships while ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. The Client Relationship Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, effective communication, and long-term relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely solutions
  • Handle client communication via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
  • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and explaining company products/services
  • Follow up on payments, orders, and service delivery when required
  • Collect client feedback and report insights to management
  • Support sales and marketing teams in client-related activities


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (running or completed)
  • Prior experience in client handling or customer service is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Professional appearance with a positive attitude
