Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a UK Counselor. The UK Counselor will guide students in selecting suitable programs and universities in the UK, ensuring that their academic and career goals align with the opportunities available. Daily tasks include advising students in choosing their courses and universities, guiding them through application and visa processes, and providing comprehensive support through all stages of their study abroad journey. Building strong relationships with students and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about UK education systems are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to professionally interact with students and parents
- Up-to-date knowledge about UK universities, programs, admission processes, and visa requirements
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in client management systems and MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet organizational goals
- Prior experience in education counseling or a related field is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; a background in education, counseling, or international relations is preferred
