Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Research, identify and update prospective target ecommerce platform to maximize sales.
• Negotiate with major portals for space branding for all products in their prime slots.
• Maintain cordial relations with all the ecommerce portals with proper tracking of their agreement and renewal rate and plan the necessary budget.
• Compile the monthly activity expenses vs budget and submit the same to HOD with justification of variance if any.
• Implement activities based on the business plan involved in the weekly review with the portals along with sales head.
• Plan product offering based on buying cycles, seasonality and festivals with co-ordination with HOD.
• Assist HOD for running loyalty program in selected e-commerce portals.
• Promote e -commerce to stock inventory as per the company’s policy for efficient operations.
• Promote sampling activity with each delivery and ensure samples are in stock.
• Book keeping and records of all sampling activity should be reviewed weekly to check for positive impacts.
• Ensure all staples are appropriately and aggressively promoted during buying cycles.
• Ensure all the products are promoted.
• Coordinate with SCM and delivery teams for smoothing the sales process.
• Track the delivery with regular communication with the sales team.
• Payment follow-up to customers if required.
• Handle the customers grievances proactively for securing the company's image.
• Maintain the customer feedback data base and handover the major feedback to the related teams for best customer service in future.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management in accurate and timely manner.
Job Specifications
• 3 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree must be completed.
• Knowledge of using Canva for photo designing
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Understanding of FMCG sales and supply chain dynamics
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with distribution networks and operations.
• Must have two-wheeler and driving license.
