Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a creative professional passionate about driving online visibility, optimizing campaigns, and engaging with digital audiences. You will work closely with our international clients, contributing to digital marketing initiatives, SEO, paid ads, content creation, and video editing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong command of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and content optimization.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Management:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research, blog writing, and full SEO optimization (on-page, off-page, local SEO).
•  Implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and online visibility.
• Regularly analyze website performance and optimize SEO content based on performance data and KPIs.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns:

• Plan, post, and manage multi-platform social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies that cover all stages of the marketing funnel.
• Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage leads and boost conversions.
• Manage lead follow-up sequences and continuously optimize email marketing campaigns (segmentation, automation, A/B testing).

Video Editing & Content Creation:

• Create SEO-driven blogs, graphics, carousels, and short-form videos for social media and websites.
• Edit and repurpose video content to align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, and social media to enhance engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports on campaigns and website traffic.
• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to measure digital marketing effectiveness.

 Collaboration & Strategy:

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
• Conduct competitor research to uncover new opportunities for SEO and digital marketing optimization.
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, and other promotional activities to support marketing efforts.

Website & CRM Management:  

• Manage and update the company website (WordPress or similar CMS). 

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• 2-4+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Proficient in SEO (on-page and off-page), content marketing, and managing multi-platform social media.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with international or US-based companies.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Screaming Frog, and performance reporting tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
• Knowledge of PPC advertising, SEM, and retargeting strategies.
• Experience with influencer collaborations and video marketing.
• Strong project management skills.
