About Us:

At Code Mantra, we’re shaping the future of learning through fun, interactive, and skill-based education for kids aged 5–18.

If you’re passionate about impactful work in the EdTech space and love building strong, memorable brands, we’d love to have you on our journey!

About the Job:

We’re looking for a Marketing Brand Manager who can strengthen and grow the Code Mantra brand across all marketing channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, marketing communication, creative strategy, and how to influence parent decision-making in the EdTech space.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring every piece of communication—ads, social media, website, videos, and campaigns—looks, feels, and sounds like Code Mantra.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, refine, and maintain Code Mantra’s brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging.
  • Ensure all marketing communication- ads, landing pages, brochures, emailers, social media is consistent and on-brand.
  • Lead the creative direction for campaigns, collaborating with design, digital marketing, and content teams.
  • Plan and execute brand awareness and engagement campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Review and approve creatives, videos, ads, and social content for brand alignment.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new branding opportunities.
  • Work closely with performance marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in ad communication.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and shape marketing strategy based on insights.
  • Create storytelling frameworks, campaign concepts, and creative briefs that guide the marketing team.

Who You Are:

  • You have 3–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing communication, or content strategy.
  • You understand consumer behaviour , especially parents in the EdTech space.
  • You have strong copywriting, storytelling, and brand communication skills.
  • You’re creative and can guide visual direction even if you’re not a designer.
  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally with content, design, and marketing teams.
  • You’re proactive, independent, and take ownership of your work.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience working in EdTech or consumer-focused brands.
  • Know basic design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
  • Have worked on integrated campaigns (videos, ads, social media, influencers).
  • Can create simple scripts, concepts, or creative ideas for marketing videos.
  • Have experience with brand research, insights, or audience segmentation.

Not for You If…

  • You prefer execution-only roles instead of strategic thinking.
  • You need constant supervision instead of taking ownership.
  • You don’t enjoy brainstorming creative ideas or storytelling.
  • You struggle with adapting quickly to feedback or fast-paced changes.
  • You’re not comfortable collaborating across multiple teams.
  • You are not comfortable working in a 6-day work week environment.

Work Sample Request:

Please share any one of the following with your application:

  • 3–5 brand creatives or campaigns you’ve worked on.
  • Brand messaging frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, or brand identity work.
  • A case study of a brand or campaign you managed (you may hide company data).
  • A short portfolio link with your best branding + marketing work.
