Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role requires managing multiple client accounts, creating content strategies, running ads, and maintaining strong client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and able to execute content, ads, and campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact with clients to understand requirements, goals, and expectations.
  • Develop content strategies and campaign plans based on market trends, platform insights, and client objectives.
  • Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars, captions, creatives, and campaign schedules.
  • Handle daily posting across all social media platforms.
  • Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid ads, including Messenger Ads.
  • Monitor messages, comments, and engage actively with followers in line with brand voice.
  • Track performance of content and ad campaigns; prepare clear reports for clients.
  • Ensure consistent brand visuals, tone, and content quality across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (designers, video editors, content creators) to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Around 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably from the agency.
  • Strong experience in content creation, campaign planning, and execution (including ads).
  • Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social media campaigns and performance tracking.
  • Ability to plan and execute strategy for content, ads, and campaigns end-to-end.
  • Must have SEO skills (on-page optimization, keyword research, basic reporting) – considered a strong plus.
  • 2-wheeler license preferred for occasional client visits.
