Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Associate to drive scalable user acquisition primarily through SEO and paid performance channels, using continuous experimentation and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale user acquisition across SEO and paid channels
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize performance campaigns
• Identify growth opportunities through keyword, audience, and funnel analysis
• Run structured A/B tests across ads, creatives, and landing pages
• Monitor and improve key metrics (traffic quality, CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS)
• Diagnose funnel drop-offs and implement data-backed fixes
• Partner cross-functionally to improve landing pages and acquisition flows
• Maintain clean tracking, dashboards, and weekly performance insights

Key Requirements

• Hands-on ownership of SEO and paid performance campaigns
• Strong command of keyword strategy, campaign structure, and optimization levers
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actions
• Experience running A/B tests and improving funnel conversion
• Clear understanding of CAC and ROAS trade-offs
• High execution rigor and campaign hygiene
• Evidence of measurable growth impact (portfolio, case, or dashboard)
• Strong ownership with bias for action
