Job DescriptionDevelop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Plan and implement marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective trade marketing initiatives.
Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, plan, and monitor digital campaigns, including paid ads and promotional activities.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for marketing materials and promotions.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2-3 years of proven experience in marketing (FMCG experience preferred).
Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital platforms.
Knowledge of market research and brand management principles.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
