Job Description
Ghothane Lawyers is seeking an experienced SEO Expert to manage and grow our digital presence across Australia and Nepal. The primary target audience in Australia is Nepali and Indian communities, while in Nepal it covers nationwide audiences, refined to specific metropolitan and regional areas.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization
- Ensure strong technical SEO (site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability)
- Plan and execute link-building strategies
- Collaborate with content creators on SEO-aligned content strategies
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and improve rankings
- Prepare regular performance and progress reports
- Develop SEO strategies aligned with business goals and budgets
- Collaborate with developers, writers, and marketing teams
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO trends
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights
- Effectively leverage AI tools in SEO workflows
Job Specification
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Graduate level education
- Minimum 1+ year of work experience after graduation
Key Skills
- SEO for Google and Bing
- Google Ads & Microsoft Bing Ads
- Google Business Profile, Bing Places & Microsoft Advertising optimization
- WordPress knowledge
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred)
- SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
- Understanding of AI-driven SEO and machine-learning impacts on rankings
