Job Description
Assist the Spare Parts Manager in daily warehouse operations.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts as per delivery notes and invoices.
Maintain proper storage and binning of spare parts for easy identification and retrieval.
Ensure accurate stock entry in the system (ERP/DMS/Excel).
Support in stock counting, cycle counting, and periodic physical inventory audits.
Prepare and issue spare parts against requisition from service department.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for parts availability.
Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock movement.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform manager for reordering.
Assist in preparing purchase requests for fast-moving and critical parts.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Handle damaged, defective, or warranty parts as per company policy.
Support in preparing reports related to stock status and parts consumption.
Follow company policies and SOPs related to inventory management.
Job Specification
Minimum 2 years of experience in spares parts in automobile sector
Bachelor Completed
Posses Valid Bike license
Basic knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, work, system)
